Golly gheez, didn't their parents think what other the other kids would think of their names? When these kids turned kinder, by the time they finish writing their names, the others are already done with their school work.

I just came across another name you can add to the list! The daughter of Rob Morrow (presently on Numb3rs and formerly of Northern Exposure) is named Tu Simone Morrow. Tu Morrow! Ahahahahaha, but it's kinda cute ha (or maybe that's just because I find him hot now that he's gotten older).

aw come on... y'all have heard the song 'a boy names sue' right?

Where are you guys getting your info? What makes you think they will suffer? Do you really know people who have suffered with names that were different? And moreso statistically than those with "normal" names? It seems like anecdotal nonsense.

some of the names on this list are unusual, some silly, some just different from what people (esp. filipinos) are used to.

Beauregard isn't outlandish. It's a proper French name for a boy and it means 'beautiful gaze'.

It's just not common is all.

I don't know. Maybe some of them did (or do) get teased. But, the cooler kids wear their names proud.

And to a certain extent, I bet they're glad they're not named something common, like say, Jane.

;-)

Ian (i'm female; and no, it's not short for anything =P)

More reasons why celebrities should not be allowed to speak publicly. Every time I thought I had read the worst name ever on your list, I got to the next line and it was worse.

Yikes!! I think I need to move my family farther away from Hollyweird!

Great post!
